Market Niagara Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Market Niagara!
Market Niagara is an exciting new artisan and farmer’s market held EVERY SUNDAY at 4680 QUEEN STREET, NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO.
DATE'S: Sunday, July 1st – Sunday, September 2nd
TIME: 12:00pm-5:00pm
Market Niagara will have an additional focus on local arts & culture.
A visual artist will completing two interpretative pieces of art from 1:00pm-4:00pm in accordance to the live music program. The art pieces will be sold in a silent-auction, with proceeds donated to Project Share.
In addition to the market:
OPTION A:
The cost to vend for a single Sunday is $25.
OPTION B:
The VENDORS PACKAGE for our 10 week program is $200.
This works out an average cost of $20 per Sunday for 10 weeks - an overall savings of $50.
This package also guarantees your location in the market over the 10 week program.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO SEND IN AN APPLICATION.
Please DO NOT send payment until you receive your acceptance confirmation email. Sending an application to Market Niagara does not guarantee you a spot as a vendor.
Cancellations after June 20th are non-refundable.
Once you receive an acceptance confirmation email, full payment is due to finalize your spot at Market Niagara. All payment must be received by June 28th, 2018.
*Payments can be made in person through cash or cheque, we accept also debit and credit card online through our website.

In addition to the market:
- Yoga in the park with Ashlee Michelle from 12:00pm-1:00pm.
- Live music from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
- Drum circle/open jam in the park from 5:00pm and on.
- Vendors will be admitted based on space availability as well as product distinction.
- Due to the limited space available to vendors, commitment to our 10 week program will be given preference over weekly vendor bookings.
- Each vendor space will be provided a 10 x 10 space
- Each vendor space MUST have a tent. Tents will be available to rent with a deposit of $50 or you may bring your own.
- Booths/tables may not be shared; anyone selling their wares must go through the application process.
- A map for vendors will be created with a numbered spot of each vendor. You MUST use your numbered spot.
- Vendors are encouraged to have insurance.
- Vendors must be present to set up their booths no later that 11:00am (one hour prior to market start time).
- Vendors are not to tear-down, or close up prior to the 5:00pm.
- Vendors are expected to help promote their space within the Market Niagara.
